BAKING OMMA: 1 day Fundamental Artisanal Bread & Bagels

    • Understanding different types of flour and bakers percentage
    • Knead focaccia dough by hand
    • Knead bagel dough (sweet and savoury) by hand
    • Shaping of focaccia dough and assembling with toppings
    • Bonus: How to add sundried tomatoes and shape into loaf
    • Different types of bagel shaping
    • Fermenting and proofing of dough (when is the best time to bake)
    • Tips on baking, oven temperature and timing.
    • Storage Tips

Class Instructor

Having worked in a high volume production bakery, Skye is experienced in baking artisanal bread, pastries and cake making. She also runs a home based bakery and loves to try new recipes.

  • Participants are not allowed to cancel class once booked.
  • No refund will be given unless Nanatang is the one canceling class.
  • Nanatang reserves the rights to postpone class and change date if the situation does not allow the class to proceed.
  • If you did not come for the workshop, there will not replacement workshop.
