nanatang X LNT: Topping cream art (no fondant) Workshop
Lam Ngoc Tran, Vietnam Cake Master, started her caking journey 20 years ago when she was only sixteen years old. In her opinion, making cakes is not just simply making food, it is all about creating happiness for people who receive it. Her occupation motto is being kept the same since the day she started her career, “making cakes requires the hands of an engineer & the heart of an artist”.
Her Works has been receiving countless number of compliment. It is not only realistic-looking, but every part of the cake is also fully edible and delicious. There is no fondant used. Who says you must use fondant to create 3D objects?:)
