    • Canele fillings (matcha cream, mushroom filling, raspberry jam)
    • How to decorate and differentiate each canele
    • Tips on baking, oven temperature and timing.

Class Instructor

Having worked in a high volume production bakery, Skye is experienced in baking artisanal bread, pastries and cake making. She also runs a home based bakery and loves to try new recipes.
