Clarielle will cover ALL the basics in this foundational workshop, including how to make pâte a choux (choux pastry), pipe eclairs and cream puffs (yum!) and fill them with delicious fillings (double yum!)

  2. Different possibilities of choux pastry: making innovative deco and design
  3. The tricks to getting an airy center and crispy outer shell!
  4. Delicious fillings: Earl Grey Lavender pastry cream and Vanilla Chantilly cream
  5. Chocolate glaze
  6. How to troubleshoot common mishaps (choux collapsing, soft/soggy shell, too many cracks, and crumbly dough!
